  • Mouth Guard (any color): Protects the teeth, gums, and inner cheeks. Every student, regardless of their level or age, should have a mouth guard.
  • Breast Protectors: For high school girls, this is an essential piece of equipment to ensure their safety during sparring.
  • Vest (Body Protection): There are two primary types of vests available:
    • Red and Blue Vest: A reversible vest, featuring red on one side and blue on the other. This thicker vest provides enhanced protection, ensuring safety during intense sessions.
    • Black Body Armor: A streamlined protection solution that still offers safety but is less thick compared to the red and blue vest.
